When heading to The Hilton Plaza West (ヒルトンプラザ ウエスト) from Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line (御堂筋線梅田駅), it is convenient to use Minami Gate (南改札) of Umeda Station.
It takes about 8 minutes from Minami Gate of Umeda Station to The Hilton Plaza West.

The details are as follows:
STEP
After getting out of Minami Gate of Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line, turn right following the JR Osaka Station sign

At the end of the passageway, turn left

Go diagonally foward right following the Subway Yotsubashi Line sign

After passing in front of Kita Gate of Nishi-Umeda Station on the Subway Yotsubashi Line, go diagonally forward left

You will see the entrance of The Hilton Plaza West in front.
