When heading to JR Kitashinchi Station（JR北新地駅） from Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station（阪神大阪梅田駅）, it is convenient to use Department Store Gate（百貨店口改札） of Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station.
It takes about 5 minutes from Department Store Gate of Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station to JR Kitashinchi Station.

Transfer at Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station to JR Kitashinchi Station
The details are as follows:
After getting out of Department Store Gate of Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station, turn right.
Go straight, and You will enter Circular Plaza （円形広場）of Diamor Osaka.
After crossing Circular PLaza of Diamor Osaka, go diagonally forward right.
Keep going straight, and you will see the JR Kitashinchi Station sign in front, as shown in the photo above.
If you turn right, West Gate of JR Kitashinchi Station will come into view, and if you turn left, East Gate of JR Kitashinchi Station will come into view.
