When heading to JR Osaka Station（JR大阪駅）from Higashi-Umeda Station of the Subway Tanimachi Line（谷町線東梅田駅）, it is convenient to use Kita-Higashi Gate or Kita-Nishi Gate.
It takes about 10 minutes from Kita-Higashi Gate or Kita-Nishi Gate of HIgashi-Umeda Station to JR Osaka Station.

Transfer at Higashi-Umeda Station on the Subway Tanimachi Line to JR Osaka Station
The details are as follows:
After getting out of Kita-Higashi Gate or Kita-Nishi Gate, follow the Subway Midosuji Line sign.
At the end of the passageway, turn left.
After the Hankyu Line sign, turn right.
At the first corner, turn left.
Before Minami Gate of Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line, turn right and enter Ekimo Umeda.
At the end of the passageway, turn left.
You will see Naka-Minami Gate of Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line.
Passing in front of Naka-Minami Gate, go straight about 20 meters and head for Naka-Kita-Nishi Gate.
After passing Naka-Kita-Nishi Gate of Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line, at the end of the passageway, turn right and go upstairs using the escalator.
After getting off the escalator, you will see Midosuji Gate of JR Osaka Station in front.
