When heading to Higashi-Umeda Station on the Subway Tanimachi Line（谷町線東梅田駅）from JR Kitashinchi Station（JR北新地駅）, it is convenient to use West Gate （西口改札）of JR Kitashinchi Station.
It takes about 9 minutes from West Gate of JR Kitashinchi Station to Higashi-Umeda Station.

Transfer at JR Kitashinchi Station to Higashi-Umeda Station on the Subway Tanimachi Line
The details are as follows:
After getting out of West Gate of JR Kitashinchi Station, follow the JR Osaka Station sign.
You will see Circular Plaza (円形広場）of Diamor Osaka in front of the passageway.
Crossing Circular Plaza, keep going straight.
Passing in front of Department Store Gate of Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station, keep going straight.
After the Subway Midosuji Line sign, turn right.
Keep going straight about 200 meters.
You will see South Gate of Umeda Station on the Subway Midosuji Line on the left side of the passageway.
Passing in front of South Gate of Umeda Station, keep going straight.
Go straight following the Hankyu Department Store sign.
At the end of the passageway, turn right and enter Whity Umeda.
Keep going straight and enter South Mall of Whity Umeda.
After the Higashi-Umeda Station sign, turn left.
Follow the passageway, and you will see Naka-Nishi Gate of Higashi-Umeda Station.
After passing in front of Naka-Nishi Gate, you will see Naka-Higashi Gate of Higashi-Umeda Station.
