When heading to The Hilton Plaza East (ヒルトンプラザ イースト) from JR Osaka Station（JR大阪駅）, it is convenient to use Sakurabashi Gate (桜橋口改札) of JR Osaka Station.
It takes about 4 minutes from Sakurabashi Gate of JR Osaka Station to The Hilton Plaza East.

After getting out of Sakurabashi Gate, go diagonally forward left and go to the underground using the escalator
